About Camille Karren

I am a recent graduate student looking for a medical assistant or shadowing opportunity. I am a huge people-person, with a passion for Neuroscience. I aspire to apply the skills I have acquired over the years by engaging with patients and assisting doctors in any way that I can. I am an experienced physician assistant and an active communicator with children and families as a wish granter for Make-A-Wish. I have also worked as a medical scribe for 4 years and as a medical assistant for 1 year, which equipped me with a strong understanding of medical terminology and patient interaction. When I am not at school or work, I am usually with my 2 year-old calico kitten, who acts as though she is a dog! I am very much a kid at heart, love to draw and paint (a passion I took after my mother who is an art teacher), and I play golf when I have the time. I am truly blessed to be adopted by a family who has supported me throughout my experiences.
