About Camille Madelon

Digital transformation is no longer optional – it's a fundamental shift every company must embrace to stay competitive - in particular in Life sciences. Throughout my career I have built solid experience in digital transformation and AI, and my goal is to help organisations accelerate their digital growth journey – and in particular • rethink their business & engagement models • reshape customer experiences (as well as patient, and employee) • deliver operational excellence • build data products My experience is that it takes more than technical capabilities to go through this transformation. It is about people - leadership, team engagement, culture, training –, hard strategic choices as well as ability to handle ambiguity and prepare for multiple futures. A 25 - year + career combining consulting (Partner BCG, VP Capgemini), entrepreneurship (CEO @ founder of e-health start-up HOOPIGO) and operational positions (head of innovation at Meritmind, head of strategy at Envirotainer) in different countries made me passionate about transformation with a ‘human first’ perspective.
