As a lifelong learner, I am an ardent student of strategy and stewardship. Inspired through my early days as a researcher, I learned the importance of keen listening, understanding an individual’s needs, interpreting meaning, and leveraging these principles to create value. As a purpose-led business owner, my definition of value includes a long-term growth perspective, creating vibrant cultures comprised of high-performance teams that are adaptable, flexible, and continuously innovating to ensure relevance in the marketplace. Cultivating reciprocity between stakeholders, whether it be employees and corporate, customers and brands, or leaders and followers, is a core philosophy that I have leveraged for over 30 years to influence positive impact.Today, I leverage my experience in human centricity, change management, consumer insights, and talent management to cultivate business environments fit for growth – growth of people and growth of clients.
