About Camille Randolph

Camille Randolph (they/them) is a Equity Analyst at the Caltrans Director's Office of Equity and Tribal Affairs. Camille earned their Master’s degree in Race, Ethnicity, and Conflict and brings a background in racial and environmental justice. Prior to joining Caltrans, Camille worked as a Program Analyst at the California Racial Equity Commission, focusing on community engagement and communications, and served as an Executive Fellow at the California Strategic Growth Council where they led efforts on Tribal inclusion in competitive grant programs, increasing capacity in state housing and transportation agencies, and supporting community partners in accessing millions in federal funding. In addition to their experience in state and local government, Camille also has a background in advocacy, including QTBIPOC rights. Along with their M. Phil in Race, Ethnicity, and Conflict from Trinity College Dublin, they also hold a B.A. in International Relations from UC Davis, and a Certificate in Applied Policy and Government from CSU Sacramento.
