About Camille Riley

I believe joy is an experience we can design. Whether it’s an immersive activation, a large-scale experiential event, or a seamlessly run multi-day program, I specialize in bringing creativity to life through expertly executed operations. With 12+ years in experiential events, operations, and large-scale activations, I have led teams, managed multi-million dollar budgets, and built strategic partnerships that enhance both guest experience and business impact. My expertise lies in operations, staffing, logistics, and creating immersive brand moments that feel effortless to guests—but are backed by precise execution behind the scenes. I have designed and executed experiential programs that: •Elevate brand storytelling through seamless operations & guest engagement •Marry creativity with operational excellence (because magic needs structure!) •Capture the essence of a place: blending food, art, music, and local culture into unforgettable experiences If you’re looking for an operations leader who thrives at the intersection of experiential design and flawless execution, let’s connect. Because I believe that when operations are done right, the experience is pure joy! contactcamilleriley@gmail.com
