Entrepreneurial business leader with 20 years’ experience in general management and global business development. Proven track record in delivering growth and driving performance through strong strategic leadership and spearheading change management. Currently leading Pact Retail Accessories (a division of Pact Group): a global provider of circular economy reuse solutions for the fashion industry, with operations in 13 countries and a rapidly expanding global footprint. He is part of the Group’s Executive Leadership Team. Previously, he's held GM and director roles with global fashion brands such as Levi Strauss and G-Star Raw, growing the business consistently and driving major business transformation projects such as the conversion from licensing to direct operations of various product lines. Moreover, he holds a 2-year entrepreneurial stint with his consulting firm focusing on business strategy and sourcing / product development solutions. Over the years, he has consolidated a highly international background having lived in Italy, Switzerland, The Netherlands, USA and most recently Hong Kong China. He combines a highly results- driven attitude to a communicative,"people first" approach and a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset.
