Experience of various service desk tasks, including but not limited to: access, problem, change and incident management, request fulfillment and service requests, knowledge base administration and data mining for audits/reviews. A strong believer in the principles of ITIL and a serious fan of standardization and documentation of systems and processes. Always interested in discovering new and better solutions both in available technology and processes. Extensive experience providing both written and verbal (face to face and over the phone) IT support in English and Finnish, as well as a basic professional understanding of written Swedish and Norwegian. Most experience in Microsoft environments (Active Directory, O365, Powershell, Exchange, Windows) with Cisco Meraki, Dell and Lenovo network and laptop hardware.
