About Camilo Rueda

My career has followed an unconventional path from piloting deep-submergence vehicles in the U.S. Navy, to advising global executives at McKinsey, to leading multi-country businesses through transformation and rapid growth. What ties it all together is a focus on building strong cultures and resilient operating systems. I’ve led organizations through volatility, redesign, and scale-up phases, including a broad transformation at Aeropost, where we repositioned the company as a modern, tech-enabled logistics platform and strengthened operations across 29 countries.I lead with a mix of analytical clarity, operational discipline, and a people-first approach. I believe the best results come from teams that understand their mission, trust each other, and take ownership.Outside of work, I’m passionate about health and fitness. I’ve surfed in multiple countries, completed an Ironman triathlon, biked across the United States, and stay active through running and yoga. Sports and endurance have shaped my mindset as much as my professional experiences. I’m also a lifelong Notre Dame fan and proud father of two daughters.I’m driven by opportunities to help organizations transform, grow, and build cultures that last.
