I’m a highly motivated person with customer first mentality and a 6-year experience in technical and customer support roles. I enjoy challenging, diverse environments and troubleshooting technical issues and am always looking to learn more about IT. I’m highly skilled with the use of computer systems, network interfaces, computer set up and troubleshooting (hardware & software). Having a background in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science has allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of computer workings and trained my mind with critical thinking, keen attention to detail and great problem-solving skills. I’ve got plenty of experience investigating and identifying complex issues and finding ways to solve them within a timely manner. I’m able to keep a level head in stressful situations. I possess great oral and written communication skills and am fully fluent in both English and Spanish. I’m a fast learner and can work independently while at the same time maintaining strong collaboration skills. I believe that teamwork is a valuable tool and being a friendly and helpful team member is crucial for a company’s success.
