Background

About Camryn Brown

I support finance functions to (a) improve performance and (b) better support organisational decision-making and delivery of value. I advocate for a driver-based approach to decision-making and performance management because a shared, consistent, and quantified understanding of how a business generates value is the foundation for both better experiences and better outcomes. In addition, I support clients to assess and transform their finance functional operating model. I have over two decades of consulting experience, in both New Zealand and the United States, across a range of industries including power and utilities, telco, consumer products, financial services and government. Prior to joining EY in San Francisco in 2008, I was part of the Transformation Consulting practice of Capgemini in both the US and New Zealand. I have also worked as an Account Manager for an advertising agency in Europe. I have an MCom (Hons) in Marketing from The University of Auckland (New Zealand).
