About Candace Carlson

Before my real estate career, I spent 25 years in the hair industry. I ran my own hair salon and later worked as an Educator for Redken International, teaching product application as well as sales and marketing techniques and providing exceptional customer service. I believe an effective real estate agent is attentive to detail, prompt, comes prepared, and walks you through every step of the entire process. I am passionate about doing the little things – and the big things – like promptly returning your calls and creating savvy marketing strategies that get results. As a seasoned professional, I bring to the table great communication skills and adept negotiating expertise, as well as thoughtful, creative solutions. Taking care of people brings me great satisfaction. An end result is a happy client who is satisfied with the sale or purchase of their home. Striving to build long, lasting relationships with my clients, I am pleased and proud that so much of my business is a result of referrals from satisfied customers. I am eager to work with you to make your home buying or selling experience an enjoyable one and can assure you that you will receive my utmost attention, support and a guided hand throughout. A native of Idaho, my husband and I have recently returned to Boise to be closer to family and friends. As a Realtor in Washington State for 12 years, I am looking forward to entering the Idaho market.
