About Candace Harris

I am your go to person to get the job done, and I have a passion for helping others learn new skills, advance, and succeed. I enjoy developing others; being a team player and motivator; an innovative and strategic thinker and creator; providing others with opportunities to excel; a Human Resources liaison and partner; and a forever learner. My first job, many moons ago at the age of 14, was at Chick-fil-A, where I learned many transferable skills but most importantly how to and the importance of providing great service to not only external customers but also coworkers at every level of an organization. Fast forward to now, those strong work ethics acquired then remain at the forefront to this day. Additionally, I have been commended by leadership and teammates for all of the things that I enjoy doing and more, as well as, my dependability, ability to identify areas of opportunity and provide effective solutions, efficient work produced, learning agility, effective project management and communication skills, thoroughness, change management, self-awareness, integrity, authenticity, and positivity. My greatest satisfaction is making a positive difference for others.
