About Candace J Moore

My passion for helping others started early in life. When I was a toddler, my grandmother suffered a stroke that left her unable to speak. With the help of a speech-language pathologist, she was able to express her love to our family before she passed. That moment changed the direction of my life. It inspired me to attend Texas Tech University and earn my master’s degree in Communication Disorders. For more than two decades, I worked with individuals who struggled to communicate, helping them find their voice and connect with the people who mattered most. That experience taught me the power of listening, empathy, and meeting people where they are. Today, those same principles guide me as Director of Marketing at Minnix Property Management. I still help people communicate, but in a different way. I help property owners understand that real property management isn’t just about collecting rent or fixing maintenance issues. It’s about trust, transparency, and creating peace of mind for the people who’ve worked hard to build something of value. At Minnix, I lead the marketing efforts that connect owners with our team and share what makes us different. Through honest communication, clear messaging, and a genuine understanding of both residential and commercial ownership, I help show how our approach protects investments, strengthens relationships, and delivers consistent results. At the end of the day, my work is about people. Whether it’s helping a tenant feel at home or giving an owner confidence in their investment, I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, valued, and taken care of.
