About Candace Keefer

Started working in the food industry when I was a Freshman in High School. After I graduated in 1989 I immediately became First Assistant Manager at the restaurant I worked at. I continued until 2002 when they closed. During that job I co managed 25 employees. I made the schedule. Cash handling, banking, inventory and customer service. I then started doing a paper route in the morning to residential areas. I did that for a few years and started delivering bulk papers to all the businesses in Gloucester County. Since I worked early morning hours I went ahead and got a part time job at the bank that I am currently working at. I worked both jobs for 5 years and then went full time at the bank. I became Head Teller in 2011 and then the job descriptions changed and now I am a Service Operations Leader. I have a passion for excellence and love to provide outstanding customer service. My customers and teammates know that they can always count on me for any help that they may need. I oversee the daily branch operations, oversee branch cash and balancing. Adhere and enforce bank policies and procedures and acting as a role model and coach.
