Dr. Candace Linklater, a proud Moose Cree First Nation member from Moose Factory, Ontario, is a leader in Indigenous education, policy development, and transformative learning. In her PhD final study, her research focused on creating safe and respectful spaces for Indigenous queer children in schools. With lived grassroots experience in her First Nation community, she combines political leadership, advocacy, and decolonial approaches to drive systemic change in education. As the visionary founder of Relentless Indigenous Woman Co, Dr. Candace educates and empowers nearly a million followers online while providing workshops, consulting, and keynote speaking to schools and organizations worldwide. Through her work, she supports educators in decolonizing classrooms, integrating Indigenous perspectives, and fostering meaningful reconciliation.
