About Candace Morley

With over 13 years of experience in youth outreach, anti-human trafficking, and client services, I am a passionate and dedicated Program Coordinator Anti-Human Trafficking/Rapid Intervention at YMCA of Hamilton|Burlington|Brantford. I develop and oversee the delivery of prevention, intervention, and aftercare programs for youth and adults who are at risk of or have experienced human trafficking and exploitation. I also coordinate and facilitate the CASE/Vanessa’s Closet a one-stop shop for clients to access support services, court/volunteer hours/safety supplies and clothing. I have a background in victimology, addiction and concurrent disorders, and criminal justice and corrections, which enables me to understand and support the diverse and complex needs of the clients and the community. I have strong skills in youth development, crisis intervention, and client services, and I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for everyone. I am driven by the mission of YMCA to build healthy communities and foster social responsibility, and I am committed to advancing the cause of anti-human trafficking and youth wellness through collaboration, advocacy, and education.
