About Candace Richardson
My name is Candace Richardson. I am a graduate from Colorado State University with a double major in psychology as well as human development and family studies. While at Colorado State University I was involved in programs working with individuals with disabilities. I was also a Resident Assistant for a year and a half. After graduating with my bachelor’s degree, I have had a variety of experience with individuals with disabilities. I spent two years working with students with disabilities in a 1:1 educational setting. I worked on teaching IEP goals and following behavior plans for each individual student to ensure all their needs are met. I became a Registered Behavior Therapist in 2022 and have continued working on my growth in this position since.
