Accomplished and successful residential Community Manager. At CCMC my experience has included managing a large master plan community and was responsible for the overall regulatory compliance within a newly developed community. This location had a lifestyle resident program that includes signature events such as painting and cooking classes, fitness programs, summer camp for kids and teens, and a variety of community outreach programs. I have been involved in the development of programs at this location from conception of the property. This property has been ranked as the 36th best-selling property in the US. It was awarded community of the year in the mega category by CAI San Antonio. At this location I have been awarded the rising star Community Manager of the year by CAI San Antonio. In addition, my background within the property management industry incudes implementing policies and procedures as well as overseeing all aspects of a large-scale community and portfolio management for existing and newly established communities. I was directly responsible for performing day-to-day operational responsibilities such as, organizing and directing staff, assessing resident needs, collaboration with peers and all levels of leadership, developed effective communication and organizational procedures to enhance resident’s quality of life.
