About Candace True

I am easy to train and easy to work with. I have worked in the fast-paced world of restaurants, banking and also in the call center environment. I have trained other employees on POS systems while at Five Guys and I managed my team's trainings and cross-trainings at Citibank. I have been the point of contact for my manager and for other managers at Citibank and the other companies I have worked for. I have an average typing speed of 60 WPM. I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint as well as being proficient in Lotus Notes, Siebel, PerformanceEdge, Verint and Workday. I also took basic web design classes in my high school and continue to work in HTML. I run a small cupcake business out of my home called Cupcakes by Candie and have completed orders up to 150 cupcakes so far.
