About Candace Vanata

I started my career as a private house manager by learning the functions of the home and working with vendors to ensure quality work. I learned how to be organized, self sufficient, reliable and a person that can think outside of the box to solve problems. My working along side vendor taught me how to handle certain situations and I believe knowledge is power. My vendors always respected me and knew that I would always make sure that the areas are ready for them to complete the projects and or repairs when needed. All of my accounts are paid on a timely manner and never go beyond 30 days. I am a very creative person who loves to design looks for the home and landscaping, this is something that I have always enjoyed doing. I also love to create Christmas decor and plan parties for the holidays. The home owner would fly me out to the other homes to decorate for Christmas holidays.it was such a joy to take on the task and to make it special for the family. My role as the house manager meant that I must meet all of the requirements for the home to run smoothly and to anticipate the needs of the family at all times.overseeing the housekeepers, all accounts, cars serviced, grocery store, repairs, party planning, helping with decor inside and out. Creating and preparing the home for all seasons. Managing lawn care and taking on the role to learn about certain landscaping. trees and flowers and how to care for them each season and also plan for the following seasons with phone calls, preparation meetings and the ability of knowledge to know what will need extra attention for the up and coming season. I always have respect for my staff and vendors, such that they know me as a hard working, knowledgeable, honest person.
