About Candace Wiley

I am a partly bilingual real estate Investor Specialist. My team and I communicate with retail buyers, sellers, and investors, develop short and long-term strategic goals, when needed hire licensed and insured professionals to contribute to the success of those plans, maintain a healthy budget along the way, and find professionals to manage tenants post-construction. In short, I buy/sell, rehab, rent, and build homes for myself and other investors and I help buyers and sellers navigate the ever-changing housing market. This buyers find their ideal home sellers find their ideal buyer investors acquire or off-load rehabs are needed, creating rehab budgets, drafting scopes, ordering materials, matching the scope with the best crew for the job, sequencing tasks and maintaining timelines, to ensure quality and completion of work according to the specifications of when the goals involve landlording, vetting quality property managers and tenants to find the happy median between happy tenants and happy investor returns. In addition, I own and manage a portfolio of investment properties in the Carolinas, which requires me to manage rehabs and rentals. Stewarding investments for these entities requires a strategic approach to project objectives that honors the diverse interests of investors/lenders, contractors, and future buyers/renters.
