About Candess Chapman

Very ambitious and hard working. Over the past few years I have worked as a dispatcher for the Lasalle Parish Sheriff's Department for a summer internship, began a clerical job as well during this time with the lasalle parish media center where I also helped with donations by the locals for underprivileged children within the parish. I soon moved to Fresno, California, I soon went on to work on my G.E.D. in North Carolina. I obtained my G.E.D. in the summer of 2004. I then began work as a nurses aide. In the summer of 2005 I began studies at the Anthem hi-tech institute college In Pheonix, Az; In which I Majored In Criminal justice and minored In Science for my associates degree for Forensic Science and Criminal law. The beginning of 2007. In 2008 I began work at the GEO Group In Lasalle In which I worked for Immigration control and ICE along with many U.S. Marshalls to detain and deport Immigrants to their native country. I also participated in the transportation, detaining and providing guard duty to not only the detainees, but also providing a safe enviroment for fellow employees by conducting search and seizures within the dorms as well as when we imported and deported them. I began in central control and monitored the facility for almost two years in which we were very thorough in conducting our digital surveillance. 2011 began work at the THPO office and then changed to the casino in 2013 where I made Supervisor. In 2014 I moved from Surveillance Supervisor to Security Supervisor and had some issues that caused me to quit my position in September. In December 2014, I began work for Louisiana Workforce Commission where I now help people get jobs.
