About Candice Grant

Over 19 years strong administrative experience, including 16 years experience as a personal/executive assistant to various senior managers including CEO, CFO, COO, CPO and Managing Director titles.Exceedingly organised. Always.By nature, I am rational, realistic and practical and will always approach tasks, projects or problems in this way. I don’t believe in re-inventing the wheel. Google alone is a remarkable tool, a conduit to copious amounts of information from worldwide experts, accessible within seconds. However, on some occasions it’s necessary to switch gears completely and apply some lateral thinking – be open-minded, more creative. Push the boundaries and look for hidden or unusual solutions. If I had a middle name it would be ‘Efficient’. This is the core building block of my work style and is now habitually applied to everything I do. I am often the first person to see and suggest ways of improving systems and processes, easily implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity. I have a proven track record of applying confidentiality, tact and discretion at all times. I am reliable and dependable to the nth degree and will always go above and beyond. Not because I should, but simply because that’s the way I am – at home or at work.
