About Candice Johnson

I am a strategic and hands-on leader and personal life-long learner, who strives to help learners achieve their potential. As such I have a strong track record of 16 years of progressive experience, in education and business that has involved the development and oversight or learning programs, policies, and initiatives that have promoted stakeholders' growth and achievement. In addition to this I have senior leadership experience serving learners across multiple locations, and have expertise in the design, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement or challenging and inspiring curricula and learning opportunities. As a transformational leader, I am a highly engaging and articulate presenter and communicator, and I am able to forge solid relationships with all stakeholders, build consensus, buy in, and engagement to drive positive change and enhance learning in others. I have a highly transferable skill set that can be leveraged by organizations to help develop their people. This range of skills includes the ability to identify learning and training needs on both the individual and organizational level, development of a strong learning strategy, program design and facilitation, the use and integration of technology into the learning space, as well as a deep understanding of the diverse learning methods available and how they should be leveraged. I am now seeking opportunities in Human Resources, learning and development, training, and/or project management, where my experience, knowledge, skills, and expertise, can be leveraged by an organization to help take their people forward and provide them with the skills they need to be successful.
