Background

About Candice Mah

In my current position I have continued to work effectively with a variety of people by using clear verbal communication, written communication and interpersonal skills. I act with honesty, dependability and integrity. I show flexibility, have an open mind, and am accountable for my actions. I have continuously improved on my attention to detail skills. In my previous role I thrived on a high paced, ever changing environment where I was often the only point of contact to internal and external stakeholders providing accurate and timely responses. I maintained positive partnerships to provide better service to Albertans. I always found ways to improve processes to create customer excellence. I engaged in conflict resolution and problem-solving skills to de-escalate tense or threatening situations. I exercised a high degree of independent decision-making in handling clients and their unique disabilities and challenges. I have knowledge of financial processes and systems. I have completed the OH & S program.
