Seeking a position to lead and support individuals at all levels regarding food safety practices. Verify knowledge and compliance of food safety policies through audits. Review data from audits to identify opportunities and develop strategies to improve food safety practices. Interact with sales operations, facilities management and government agencies regarding company food safety policies. Especially detail oriented quality assurance professional with a combined food and workplace safety background. Over the past 19 years, I’ve developed training programs, built audit templates that collect “the right” data for statistical analysis on best food safety practices, developed HACCP programs and SOPs, reduced workplace injuries and identified and corrected risk factors. Training, calibration, managing and mentoring a remote workforce comes naturally to me. Driving consistency across programs, developing matrices and methods to analyze trends and understanding adult learning theory have been a core component of many of the extra projects I have pursued while maintaining a demanding workload. Appreciates statistics, analyzing and organizing data and developing testing methods to determine if the desired results have been achieved. When auditing, values finding solutions to opportunities and uses a coaching or educational approach and train to that standard. My skillset would best be utilized in developing/executing a risk based audit that would drive measurable results and training/motivating to execute those standards critical to your food safety/sanitation policies and procedures.
