Maintaining productivity goals, scheduling for 50+ people, recruitment, and succession planning I really enjoy planning new stores and shops, or remodeling existing spaces, I have plenty of training in this field from my current job as well as past jobs. I have done everything from driving a forklift, to store replenishment, receiving, cashier, face to face sales, supervisory roles to management roles, you name it I have done it! My goal is to keep doing what I love which is Managing people and developing myself into the great manager I know I can be.
