I’m a geology and hydrogeology student with a passion for being outdoors in all kinds of weather and landscapes. My curiosity drives me to ask questions, dig deeper, and look for connections in the natural world and in my work. My experience includes summer research in hydrogeology, where I gained skills in data analysis, mapping, and groundwater studies. As a teaching assistant, I’ve supported students in developing their understanding of earth sciences while refining my own ability to communicate complex ideas clearly. Beyond academics, I’ve spent over a decade working as a hiking and cycling guide, leading groups safely and confidently through challenging environments locally and internationally. I also ran my own business for five years, which strengthened my organizational skills, adaptability, and sense of responsibility. I bring a positive, can-do attitude to both independent projects and collaborative team settings. Organized and dependable, I enjoy creative problem solving and draw on strong emotional intelligence to navigate challenges with patience and perspective. Whether in the field, classroom, or workplace, I strive to approach each opportunity with focus, openness, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning.
