Currently, an Executive Director of Middle Market Lending at JP Morgan Chase & Co. calling on companies in the Charleston, SC area. “My personal goal as a Commercial Lender is to make the lending process as easy as it possibly can be for any prospect or existing customer. I believe that I am an honest upfront person which makes it easier to build a relationship with a Borrower. My number one goal is to get quick answers for my customers. Customer Service/Satisfaction is #1 for me. I also tend to think outside of the box when putting together a lending package. My goal is to deliver a “Yes” or a quick “No” to a Borrower. I do not drag out the lending decision process.” Specific skills include: development of commercial loan relationships, approval and analysis of credit facilities, cross selling of bank products, portfolio management, trust/ wealth client referrals, managing and mentoring younger associates.
