A particular passion of mine is career development; helping others discover the careers they’re truly passionate about and supporting them on that journey. I also particularly enjoy matching talent with organisational objectives. Throughout my career, I’ve led initiatives that have positively impacted engagement, safety and productivity, from developing performance management frameworks to championing diversity and inclusion strategies. I love collaborating with others, whether it’s internal teams or external partners, to find solutions that not only align with organisational goals and values but also make a lasting difference to the people within them. With a MAHRI certification from the Australian HR Institute and a WELL Accredited Professional credential, I’m always looking for ways to bring my skills and passion for people to the forefront, supporting positive, lasting change.
