I am an experienced project manager, devoted to the highest standards of client service and stewardship, with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. I am a believer that collaboration and engagement is the key to any successful working environment. I value organizations that commit to embedding equity, diversity, and inclusion into all activities and invest in the development of employees in these areas to establish an inclusive culture. I also recognize that as a settler on this land, I am committed to growing and learning from Indigenous truths so that we may move towards reconciliation – I do this through building on the relationship I have with the earth, learning from the caretakers before me, and striving to be a good steward of our land and our resources, alongside my community. Through these lenses, I actively participate in efforts to empower all employees by eliminating barriers that may prevent them from equitably attaining their personal and professional goals. I am committed to identifying opportunities, and impactfully applying a Universal Design for Learning approach to my work, especially through project management.
