About Candice Wade

My unique career path has given me the chance to grow in many ways that ensured professional success. Beginning with a support role with a group of manufacturing companies, I helped each company within the group meet their goals. I executed marketing projects, developed training programs to teach the staff to use an internally developed CRM program, and I was the custodian of several multi-million-dollar customer accounts. After earning my degree with University of Wisconsin Colleges (Madison, WI), I shifted to work with a state program focused on helping the unemployed and underemployed. I taught clients, over more than 300 workshops, the skills needed for job search/retention. I created over 100 lasting partnerships with area businesses and community organizations throughout 3 Wisconsin counties. I raised awareness of our programming through networking and outreach events. I worked with a tight-knit team to develop creative solutions while following policy and observing state-wide budget constraints. Returning to the manufacturing industry, I spent time serving and growing 140 customer accounts throughout North America as the Customer Service Manager of a joint venture with a US and a Chinese manufacturer. I instituted an RMA system. I collaborated with all departments daily to make sure everything went smoothly and customers were satisfied. I executed and tracked marketing campaigns around tradeshows and product introductions. Most recently, I have spent the past 3 years growing my leadership skills with a global healthcare training organization. I manage a team of 10 full and part-time employees and over 500 contractors. I’ve developed and maintained annual global event scheduling including over 400 events for attendees from 25 countries across the world. I administer online accounts for over clients, 6,500 students, and 500 contractors. I have worked to streamline and create multiple processes leading to increased customer and employee satisfaction. I spend a large portion of every work week marketing upcoming events, new initiatives, and developing value-added content to grow our online audiences. I have attended conferences worldwide to provide support to workers and attendees. The above, along with volunteer experience, creating a program to teach job skills to inmates, developing a community-wide event for New Years Eve, establishing a Young Professionals group, and more, grew my skills and gave me the experience needed to tackle any project and achieve any goal, through perseverance, thoughtfulness, organization, and collaboration.
