I am an owner and agent for over 28 years of my company representing European Marble and ceramic tile factories. My work specializes in negotiating large order transactions with distributors, developers and custom shops. My focus is mainly with distributors, architects, designers and flooring specialist in hard surfaces. I have a regional territory including Florida, North and South Carolina. My specialty is mainly hard surface flooring such as marble, stone, porcelain, glass and ceramic. I do consulting with import companies, I work with product specifications and job specifications. I also consult with private homeowners that need special attention with their flooring selection and design. My experience in this industry allows me to service as consultant with private high end use homeowners who are looking for advice and direction with remodeling their floors and bathrooms. Having many years working in the construction industry and as a personal real estate investor, I am also a Florida licensed Realtor. I am with Coldwell Banker Residential Estate in Pinecrest, Fl. I work with local and international buyers with their real estate needs. I service many first time buyers coming from outside of Miami looking to relocate to this vibrant city. I have serviced investors seeking properties for rental income, as well as asset managers with specific properties. My job as a Realtor is personal attention to seller's specific need. In my service, I make sure to educate the seller on what is essentially important for them to understand what it takes to get their home sold to the right buyer. They must understand the process, and all the effective marketing I do that is required to have a successful and pleasant transaction.
