About Candra Lie

For a brief information, I’m from Universitas Pelita Harapan majoring Accounting. My GPA is 3,7 out of 4,00. Before I going to the university I was started internship when I was student at Ananda Vocational High School. I started off my internship career as a Accounting staff five years ago with Agung Sedayu Group where my working activities are file and organize accounting workpapers, analyze journal entries with proof of transaction, cross check cheque and giro, and analyze cash flow with bank current account. When I was in university, I have involved in various kind of student activities in my faculty. In 2016, I was in charge for Academic Support as competition question maker held by UPH Accounting Challenge. I joined as an organizing committee in some campus events such as competition event, seminar event, and social event. My involvement in many organizational activities has improved my soft skills including communication skill, team work abilities and time management skill. Beside that, I became to a Accounting Lab Assistant for about 2 years ( 2017 – 2019). I have taught Accounting Principles 2, Taxation 2, Managerial Accounting, Intermediete Accounting 2, and Accurate Accounting Software. I had joined many competitions too, like Tax Competition held by Kwik kian Gie National Competition I got rank 13 out of 45 teams, Binus National Accounting Tournament IX I had gotten semifinalist, IAF 20 Accounting Competition held by Universitas Indonesia I had gotten rank 7 out of 24 teams. Therefore, I believe that my personal qualities and work capabilities, due to background and achievements. I’ll be able to succeed in this role you’re hiring for. In the first 2-3 years, I see myself becoming be a true expert and master at my role as a tax and legal services and Finance Expertise at the office that i am working for. I plan to really immerse myself in the position, understand areas that can be improved on, really get to know the ins and outs of the business and look for opportunities to make the team and department as efficient as possible. For the 2-3 years after that, I see myself as being a liaison to all the other teams in the organization and I can decided how my areas work. I want to be able extend my expertise and offer to help each division about taxation case and tax planning for the PPh, PPN, and adjust all about it with the tax rules, also have an interest and knowledge about Financial Instrument-Securities Investment product and expertise in Finance Management Control.
