As Practice Manager, I have been able to successfully grow the practice and have added several clinical as well as administrative positions to assist in that growth. I manage a clinical staff of 15 and an administrative staff of 7. I have excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills. I am detail-oriented, able to effectively multi-task, and work well in fast-paced environments. I am able to work well independently and in a team environment while maintaining a pleasant disposition. I have the proven ability to follow oral and written instructions in order to complete tasks in a timely manner I have demonstrated the capacity to solve problems and exercise initiative and sound judgment with projects to which I am assigned. I have excellent computer skills and am proficient with a variety of programs including Therabill, Therapist Helper, Google products, Microsoft Office, Quicken, and Avatar. I have the ability to communicate effectively with all staff levels within an organization, with current and prospective clients, with community agencies as well as with vendors. I have a high aptitude for organizational and prioritization skills. I can be relied upon to discreetly handle highly sensitive and confidential information. I am creative, innovative, and multi-dimensional. I am able to operate standard office equipment including but not limited to computers, telephone systems, calculators,copiers, postage machines, and fax machines
