About Candy Chiu

12 years (Y2011~) in an international educational organization, overseeing Finance Department and Facilities/ Maintenance Department. Finance Department Responsibility- Budget, Forecast, Procurement, Accounting, Purchasing, AP/AR and all the other financial functions. Facilities and Maintenance Department Responsibility- Building, Facilities, Equipment, starting from demand defining, bidding, evaluation, negotiation, periodical maintenances, repair or replacement. Major Achievement- 2012~2016 A LEED certified School oversaw and mainly responsible for a Campus Construction Project on the roles of Plan, Design, Bid, Negotiation, Demolish, Construction Supervision, and built a state of art LEED school, in two phases- 2017~ 2022 A Unique designed Budget system created a new system allowing immediate updates on Budget used and remaining. Requests and Approvals for Budgets and Purchases are all processed online. This system contributes to not only efficiency, but also transparency and accuracy of Budget Control- 2011~ 2022 Well managed Budget and Reserves planning annual budgets through levels with plans and well managed spending with approved budget. Based on tax related regulations for nonprofit organizations and paying construction bills and loans at the past years, the year end results for the years starting 2011 to 2022 gathered surplus reserved for future expansions or improvement. 13 years (1998 ~ 2011) working experience in a worldwide retailing company, diverse positions from the first line of customer service, administrative support, department and division KPI, coordinator of new Business Model, Boucle Complete and etc.
