The National Institutes of Health, along with Adventist Health Care and BD, helped enhance my expertise in office administration, fostering a commitment to streamlining operations, improving team efficiency, and ensuring precision in healthcare research projects. Contributions focus on enabling seamless collaboration within multidisciplinary teams while supporting organizational goals. Over the past 15 years, I have supported multiple high-level executives, including Vice Presidents of R&D, Presidents, CEO's, Multiple Directors, and Nursing Managers. Collecting and invoicing on multi-million-dollar projects while learning new databases and becoming a lead and COR on numerous grant projects at the NIH. I also have a strong background and knowledge in Human Resources and Accounting, with extensive experience in calendar management and travel arrangements. As the federal workforce undergoes restructuring, I am excited about the prospect of finding a long-term position and am not just ready, but eager to start immediately. I am willing to apply my extensive knowledge and skills to contribute to the success of your organization. At UMGC, I'm pursuing my bachelor's degree in business administration with a minor in Biology to enhance my professional growth. This combination of skills and education enhances my ability to contribute to managing and completing complex projects, learning new databases, and serving as a team lead at NIH OALM, where I successfully managed grant applications, completed billing for multi-million-dollar projects, and organized complex group travel arrangements, ensuring operational alignment and fostering team success.
