With over 20 years of experience in the education sector, I am an Educational Consultant at BlazingStar Education, where I provide strategic guidance and support to schools and districts on programming, curriculum development, instructional design, professional development, and mentoring/coaching. I also serve as a Senior Director of Operations at Universal Education, where I oversee the operations and administration of a network of programs nationally. Additionally, I am the Board Chair at Amplus Academy, where I lead the governance and vision of a K-12 online charter school in Nevada. I am passionate about transforming education through innovative and effective programs and initiatives that enhance student outcomes, teacher performance, and organizational growth. I have a proven track record of creating and executing educational and professional development programs, delivering high-impact presentations, and securing grants and contracts. I have also championed online education and increased engagement and retention among students and staff. Furthermore, I have a talent for building and leading cross-functional teams, fostering internal and external relationships, and conducting community outreach to mobilize partners and stakeholders.
