Current Interests and daily activities:*Sustainable products; Helping customers improve their eco-efficiency goals through the Sustainable Growth strategy and supporting them to grow their businesses sustainably and contribute to the circular economy.*Raw material Analysis and Implementation; Analysis of new/alternative or cost effective raw materials and implementation to production line.*Offset and Tobacco OPVs design; Designing products that will contribute to the visual, protection or process improvement in accordance with the relevant standards and implementing product to customer production conditions *Key Customers KPI tracking; Evaluation of every parameter in printing, especially ink, and taking necessary permanent actions regarding every parameter that increases the cost. Planning and informing the necessary actions with the teams through periodic meetings.*Press Trials and Trainings; New or improved/revised product trials, mileage or high quality press tests, investigating customer complaints and creating a solution in press side. Technical training of press room operators and technicians about how to operate the inks/coatings.*Tailor made solutions; designing products suitable for special conditions demanded apart from the wide range product portfolio *Lab Management; Follow-up and organization of R&D projects, execution of daily business programs, developing joint solutions by communicating with customers, new product production trials, cost saving studies and etc.*EMEA Center of Excellence; As a water-based COE central laboratory, disseminating best products and practices to other EMEA locations, ensuring continuity of quality, sharing cost-effective solutions, creating common product ranges.
