I started my career in a Yapıkredi Bank, one of the largest banks ın Turkey In a short time, I developed myself in a brand new field with my fresh engineering knowledge. After in-depth analysis of the financial structure and balance sheet analysis of the companies in the financial analysis unit of my institution, where I worked for almost 5 years, I was appointed to my main task. Some of my main responsibilities are: • to follow the standard portfolio, • To carry out the preliminary preparations for the restructuring of the companies, to carry out the preliminary assessments for obtaining additional guarantees, to create and share the proposals for the rehabilitation of the financial structures of the companies and to share them with their managers, to carry out the necessary studies for the realization of the collection budget • Periodically making sector analyzes, evaluating the financial, intelligence and mediation situations of companies in sector studies and deciding to change the current class of the company when necessary. • To monitor the collections for the liquidation of the risk, to follow the payment dates for the customers with debt payment protocols, to meet with the customer in cases where the collection is not provided, to examine and approve the customer proposals for the revision of the payment plans when necessary • Communicating closely with the monitoring experts of the regions within the scope of responsibility and submitting offers to the monitoring companies in the responsible portfolio I started my working life in Istanbul financial analysis unit in 2016 and returned to Ankara in April 2017. For me, banking is a sector where industrial engineering is blended with money, analysis, targets and most importantly, Human. Seeing my father, who worked in the software department of the bank as a young child, constantly held important positions, raised me as a person who dreamed of becoming a banker in big plazas. I am very happy that I have achieved this dream. I am very happy to improve myself in my profession with in-bank applications. I am constantly using SQL actively, I participate in in-house training and seminars. I am interested in everything related to Excel, macro, code, etc. I always continue my profession with the logic of how life can be easier.
