About Cara Behncke

I am an inclusive education professional passionate about creating equitable learning environments where all students feel supported and empowered. Working collaboratively with school leadership, I contribute to inclusive education initiatives that enhance student engagement, differentiation, and cultural change management. With a background in health and wellbeing coaching, I recognise the deep connection between student success, staff wellbeing, and operational efficiencies. My work focuses on reducing barriers to learning, improving teacher workload management, and embedding whole-school approaches to inclusion. I am currently studying with the Australian Institute of Management (AIM), working towards an MBA, having completed a Graduate Certificate in Management as part of this study. I also hold a Postgraduate Degree in Education from Deakin University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Movement Science from RMIT University, equipping me with the skills to navigate change, lead within teams, and implement evidence-based strategies that drive sustainable impact. I am committed to transforming education through inclusive leadership, policy implementation, and student-centred initiatives. Let’s connect and collaborate on inclusion, student wellbeing, and transformational education leadership
