After earning my joint Honours Bachelor of Public Relations from the University of Ottawa and Algonquin College, I dove headfirst into the thrilling world of digital marketing. My first adventure? Joining one of Canada’s top digital marketing agencies as a Digital PR Specialist. Armed with creative strategies and classic PR know-how, I helped clients land mentions (and those coveted backlinks ) on heavyweights like Stat News, The Telegraph, and Forbes. Then came a plot twist: an eight-month hiatus where I au-paired in Paris, travelled across Europe, and probably consumed my body weight in pastries. 🥐 Refreshed and re-inspired, I returned to the agency this time on the Account Management team. As an Account Manager, I worked directly with clients across every industry you can think of, helping them get more visibility online with SEO, PR, paid ads, social media, and content strategies.
