About Cara de Buelle

I began my career in real estate at 19 years of age with a family history in the industry. I joined the Professionals Team in 2007 as assistant to the Licensee/Director.I gained many years of property marketing experience and sales experience handling all areas of property transactions from appraisals right through to sale to settlement care and client satisfaction.During this time I held a sales registration before continuing me studies 7 years later with a diploma in property services.I then went on to handle all areas of agency administration management including areas of HR and marketing aiming to support an administration team of 7 and over 40 sales reps across 4 Professionals offices, ultimately contributing to the success of a busy sales team with a full Real Estate & Business Agents License.After almost 9 years in the industry I decided to take the opportunity to move into a senior management position as a Director before being appointed the Licensee with Professionals Stirling Clark Real Estate & to date I proudly run a successful office that has consistently been awarded the top performing Professionals office for the state.I have a keen interest and passion for recruiting and training staff and pride myself on achieving a high quality and standard of performance in the real estate industry. I also joy helping others excel in their chosen field and reach their career goals in sales, property management and administration. As a result Glen Newland and I have launched the Property Performance Stars initiative which is designed to mentor and coach future industry professionals.
