My name is Cara Krpalek. I am born and raised in Nevada county, California, absolutely love my community and feel truly privileged to be doing the work that I do. I have been focusing on the kid’s fitness industry for the last five years. Health and fitness have always been a passion of mine. Becoming a certified ACE personal trainer as well as children’s yoga teacher and Yoga Alliance certified adult teacher.
