About Cara Patterson Robison

Dr. Robison is an Optometric Physician. She is originally from Arkansas and graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor of science degree in biology from Mississippi State University in Starkville, Mississippi. She went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee, where she served as an officer of her class and Student Volunteers in Optometric Service to Humanity (SVOSH). Her participation in SVOSH allowed her to complete mission trips to Mexico and the Dominican Republic in order to provide eye examinations, medications and glasses to patients unable to obtain them. She was also involved with her student government and charitable work with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Toys for Tots. She has a special interest in caring for those with ocular disease and ensuring that all children are able to achieve their full potential through comprehensive vision examinations. She values a strong doctor-patient relationship together with educating her patients thoroughly on any condition they may have. She will spend the extra time needed to take care of any of your eye care issues. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors, and volunteering with the MSU Atlanta Alumni.
