I have built a 20+ year career in progressive academic administrative positions overseeing the effective on-going operation of graduate level programs, including master's, doctoral and post-graduate certificates. My focus has consistently been in the development and oversight of academic programs, policies, and initiatives to promote student growth and achievement through fostering a collaborate work environment. I have played key roles in the development and implementation of new degree and graduate programs with a focus on lifelong learning. I am passionate about identifying areas of improvement within departments to increase efficiency, streamline workflow, and improve student satisfaction and retention. I have extensive experience managing large teams of people, making data-driven decisions, managing projects, mentoring colleagues and staff, and collaborating with a wide range of people toward a common goal.
