About Cara Riedel

I am a Training Specialist with a focus in instructional design, content creation, and in-person and online training. I am privileged to be able to merge my background in education and learning theories with my creative design talents. Prior to working in my current position I served as a STEM Instructional Leader with expertise in project management, K-12 curriculum development, instructional design, pedagogical approach to best practices, and technology integration in elementary and middle schools. With twenty years of experience in education and leadership, I am a dynamic designer, educator and communicator with the consistent ability to collaborate with individuals with diverse personalities and perspectives. I excel in a fast paced environment with strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. My passion lies in bringing vision to life, whether it is through instructional design, content creation, or inspiring adult learners through my teaching.
