As a Clinical Consultant with Spectrum Medical, I bring over 6 years of dedicated experience as a Cardiovascular Perfusionist, specializing in open heart surgery and extracorporeal life support (ECLS) procedures. Equipped with a Graduate Degree in Cardiovascular Perfusion, I hold both the Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP) and Clinical Perfusion Certificate (CPC) credentials, demonstrating my commitment to excellence in the field. During my tenure at Vancouver General Hospital, I assumed the role of ECLS Coordinator, facilitating seamless collaboration among multidisciplinary teams to enhance the delivery and management of ECLS services, including extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO). My involvement in numerous research endeavors centered around ECLS and ex-vivo lung perfusion (EVLP) underscores my dedication to advancing perfusion techniques through evidence-based practices.
