I'm a detail-oriented and strategically minded fraud investigator and BSA/AML professional with over 7 years of experience in the financial services industry. My work centers on protecting both institutions and their members by identifying complex fraud schemes, strengthening detection systems, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. Over the past several years, I’ve helped build and now lead my institution’s fraud programs, conducted in-depth investigations, supported audits and regulatory exams, and partnered cross-functionally to reduce risk and improve operational efficiency. I'm especially proud of being named Investigator of the Year by the Connecticut IAFCI chapter in 2024, as well as developing a credit union-wide fraud reporting process that significantly improved member outcomes. With hands-on expertise in tools like Verafin, Alkami, Biocatch, and Appgate, and certifications including CFCI and CAMS, I bring both the technical and regulatory knowledge needed to thrive in a fast-paced, high-risk environment.
