About Cara Williams

As the Director of Development and a member of the senior leadership team at Eva's Initiatives for Homeless Youth, I am deeply committed to fostering social justice and implementing anti-racist solutions to address homelessness. With almost two decades of experience in the non-profit sector, including roles at various social services organizations, my journey has been driven by a passion for co-creating opportunities for donors and organizations to drive mission work forward together. Currently, I lead efforts to develop sustainable donor revenue and maximize community impact, leveraging my expertise in strategic planning, direct marketing, data management, and community engagement. As a working mom of two daughters, I bring a unique perspective to my work, combining professional dedication with a personal commitment to building inclusive and supportive communities.
